Steve has 30+ years of international experience in multiple-site chemical and mining operations. He is a strategic leader with a demonstrated track record of transformational change in all aspects of integrated supply chains and capital project execution. He streamlines work processes across business units, optimizing operations at all levels of an organization.

Most recently, Steve served as Senior Vice President - Global Supply Chain of Elementis, a global specialty chemical company, where he was responsible for the EHS, quality, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing functions. Steve holds an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Florida Southern University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
