Global Supply Chain SME for Critical Materials & Supply Chain

Chris Rainone is the Senior Manager for International Strategic Sourcing for the Missiles and Fire Control Division of Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL. In this role, he is the manager for THAAD Supply Chain activity and Localization internationally. He is also the Global Supply Chain SME for Critical Materials and Supply Chain challenges including Rare Earth Materials and Magnetic Supply Chain challenges. Chris has engaged magnetic material and end item producers globally to ensure LM program compliance to DFARs requirements. Additionally, he has been responsible for advising, tracking, and monitoring program compliance to Rare Earth Magnet and other critical materials provisions within the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). He holds a Masters in Engineering and Business and has been with Lockheed Martin for 18 years spending most of that time working F-35 challenges and has spent the last 6 years working Missiles and Fire Control division program challenges.
