Johan is an experienced automotive engineer with key knowledge in electric drive systems and powertrain design. Working at Alvier Mechatronics as a Systems Application Engineer, handling system architecture and managing key customer accounts. Spent 8 years at tier 1, progressing from pre-development engineer to Mechanical System Architect and leading global teams developing hybrid rear axle modules. Notable projects include advanced AWD systems, disconnect systems, park lock systems and high-performance hybrid applications with advanced torque management controls. Hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University.
