Wayne Park

With deep knowledge and experience in the rare earth value chain, Wayne Park is an accomplished and respected Executive General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since 2014, where he has specialized in developing strategic partnerships across the magnet, catalyst, electronics, and advanced materials sectors. Prior to Lynas, Wayne worked for 17 years with Solvay as Managing Director of Supply Chain and Sales, and 7 years as Sales Manager at OCI. He graduated from Hanyang University with BS Engineering and Sokang University with a BA in Business.
